Why use your own cloud backup destination?
Host snapshots are useful for quick recovery, but they commonly expire on the host's schedule. Destiny Manage lets the agency place a separate full-site archive in cloud storage it already controls, choose the folder and schedule for each client, and decide how many backups to retain.

Bounded transfer state
Incomplete upload-session credentials are cleared when a backup completes, while failures retain only the information needed to retry or diagnose the job.

Which plans include cloud backups?
Cloud backups are included on Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans. Free includes the standard connector, activity logging, update history, and immediate crash-safe updates, but not cloud backup destinations or schedules.
Which cloud storage providers can I use?
The current backup interface supports Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, and Dropbox. Each provider is connected from the agency Integrations page.
Does Destiny Manage keep another copy of the archive?
No. The archive is built on the WordPress site and streamed to your connected cloud destination. Destiny Manage keeps the job status, size, and remote file link so you can manage the history.
Can different sites use different backup folders?
Yes. A client can have a default provider and folder, and an individual connected website can override that destination.
Can I restore a backup from inside Destiny Manage?
The current workflow creates, schedules, retains, and links to full archives in your cloud drive. Restoration is a manual recovery workflow using the stored files and database; there is not yet a one-click restore button in Destiny Manage.
