Destiny Manage provides WordPress client portal and update automation tools. For this policy, Destiny Manage is the controller for account, billing, support, and website visitor information unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, coordinate site updates, run safety rollbacks, track SLA metrics, process billing payments, respond to support requests, and send account notification digests.

Depending on the activity, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Sharing and processors

We may use trusted processors for cloud hosting, Stripe payment checkouts, support ticketing, security checks, and notification delivery. We do not sell personal data.

Retention
