Backups that live where you choose
Cloud backups are available on Starter and higher plans. Destiny Manage can take a full backup of a client's WordPress site, both the files and the database, and store it in a cloud drive your agency controls. Because the backup lands in your own drive rather than on a host, it stays there for as long as you want, instead of being deleted after a fixed window the way many host snapshots are. You pick the destination and the schedule per client, so each client's backups can go exactly where you need them.
Supported destinations
Connect Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, or Dropbox on the Integrations page. Each one connects with a secure sign-in to that provider, and the connection is stored encrypted. SharePoint support is being prepared separately and will appear once its document-library picker is ready.
Choose a folder and a schedule per client
In a client's Backups settings, pick the connected destination and the folder the backups should go to, then set a schedule of daily or weekly. You can also start a backup at any time from a site's page with Back up now. Every site under that client follows the client's destination by default, and any individual site can point to a different folder when it needs one.
Keep everything, or set a limit
By default nothing is ever deleted: every backup you take stays in the drive. If you would rather cap how many you keep, set a retention limit and Destiny Manage keeps only the most recent backups for each site, tidying up the older ones for you. The choice is yours per client.
Your files only pass through
The backup is built on the site and streamed straight to your drive. Destiny Manage does not keep a copy of the archive: it stores only a record that the backup ran, its size, and a link to open it in your drive. If a backup cannot finish, the reason is shown plainly, whether the server ran low on disk space, the drive is out of storage, or the connection needs to be renewed.
