Built from the work agencies do every day
Destiny Manage brings WordPress maintenance, client requests, billing and proof of work into one agency workspace. It was built after a decade of seeing those responsibilities scattered across tools that never quite joined up.
Why the platform exists
Agencies rarely struggle because they cannot update a plugin or answer a client. They struggle because the work is divided between WordPress dashboards, email threads, spreadsheets, billing software, shared drives and project trackers.
The same operational problem kept appearing: the agency could see the work being done, but the client could not. Requests lost context, maintenance stayed invisible, and account managers spent time rebuilding the same picture for reports and invoices.
Destiny Manage was built to give agencies one operating layer for ongoing client care while letting developers keep the delivery tools they already use.

Artur Burkalo
Founder and WordPress specialist
Artur Burkalo founded Destiny Manage after repeatedly seeing the same agency problem: important client work was split between WordPress dashboards, inboxes, spreadsheets, billing tools and project trackers. He has spent a decade building and supporting WordPress websites, creating WordPress products and running day-to-day agency delivery. Destiny Manage turns that operational experience into one practical workspace for care plans, client requests, reporting, billing and ongoing website maintenance.
