Installing and connecting the WP Assistant browser extension
How to install the WP Assistant Chrome extension, review any WordPress page for free, and optionally connect it to your Destiny Manage workspace.

What WP Assistant does
WP Assistant is a Chrome extension that reviews the WordPress page you are viewing without moving between separate audit tools and browser tabs. From one popup you can run focused checks for accessibility, SEO, performance, and security, with findings grouped by priority so you can start with what matters most. It also includes visual tools: compare a supplied design against the live page with an adjustable overlay, apply temporary CSS while testing changes, inspect colours, spacing, and loaded assets, and keep a launch checklist beside the page. WP Assistant works without a Destiny Manage account, so the free browser tools are available to anyone.
Install from the Chrome Web Store
Open the WP Assistant listing in the Chrome Web Store and choose 'Add to Chrome', then pin the icon to your toolbar so it is easy to reach. The extension only requests access to the current tab after you choose to run a page check or use a page tool, so it does not run permanent scripts across every site you visit. When it detects WordPress on the page, it can also open WordPress Admin or the page editor directly.
Run a page review
Open any WordPress page, click the WP Assistant icon, and run a check. Findings such as images with missing alternative text, colour contrast problems, broken links and images, heading issues, and unlabelled form fields are grouped by priority, and each finding opens the relevant inspection tool so you can review the affected item instead of scrolling a long report. The SEO checks cover page titles, meta descriptions, indexing signals, robots.txt, sitemaps, llms.txt, structured data, and social metadata.
Connect your Destiny Manage account (optional)
Connecting an account is optional and keeps all of the free browser tools. In the extension, choose 'Connect', and the 'Connect WP Assistant' page opens in your browser. Confirm the workspace you are signed in to and approve the request. The connection uses a secure handshake, and the extension receives a limited session that lets it identify your workspace and match the current website to its Destiny Manage record. It cannot access billing, team settings, or your connected service credentials. Once connected, WP Assistant gives your team a quicker route from the page they are reviewing to the client and site record they manage.
Manage or revoke the connection
In your dashboard, open Integrations to see the WP Assistant browser extension card, whether it is connected, and when each browser connection was last used. You can revoke any connection at any time from that card. If you are an account admin, the approved extension IDs are managed under the admin settings, so only listed installations can connect a Destiny Manage account.
