Configure your agency settings
To get started, navigate to the settings dashboard in your agency portal. Here, you can configure your default business name, select a central brand colour code, set your business address, and upload your primary agency logo. These assets will act as defaults for all client-facing portals, agreements, and PDF invoices.
Invite team members
Invite developers, designers, and account managers to collaborate with you. Open 'Team Access' in the sidebar (its own top-level page, not under Settings) and enter the teammate's email. If they already have an account they are added straight away; otherwise they get a secure invitation that stays valid for 14 days, and they join your workspace the moment they complete registration. Team seats are only available on paid plans. On the Free plan, invites are blocked with an upgrade prompt.
How team seats and billing work
Every plan includes a set number of team seats in its monthly price, and the seat count is the only billing dimension for teammates. Starter includes 3 seats, Growth includes 10, and Scale has no practical seat limit. Seats on these plans are never billed separately: you can fill every included seat without your invoice changing, and once the limit is reached new invites are blocked until you free a seat or upgrade. The owner counts as one person but does not consume an invite seat, and client portal users never consume team seats at all. Legacy Agency (5 seats) and Agency Plus (10 seats) subscribers keep their original terms, where each additional member beyond the included seats is billed at 2.50 euro per member per month. Removing a teammate or cancelling a pending invite is always available to the owner on any plan, and pending invites count toward your seat limit until they are accepted or cancelled.
Understanding access levels
There's no per-teammate role picker today. Anyone you invite becomes a full member of your account with access to sites, requests, wikis, and updates. Only the account owner (the person who originally signed up) can invite/remove teammates, manage billing, and configure Stripe/integration credentials. Clients are separate: they only ever see their own single-client portal, never the agency dashboard.
Track team changes in the Activity Log
Every team action is recorded in the Activity Log (Account, then Activity): who sent an invite and to which email, who accepted it and joined, and who added or removed a member. Use the search box, the action type dropdown, and the date range filters to answer questions like 'who invited this person' months later, and export the filtered view to CSV for your records.
