Setting up a client wiki library
Empower clients to find answers without emailing support. Inside the client detail dashboard, navigate to the 'Wiki' tab. Click '+ New article' to open the editor. Here you can write guidelines, onboarding details, standard brand palettes, or instructions specific to their site.
Rich-text formatting and categories
The editor supports headings, lists, inline code, tables, and hyperlinks. Give each article a Category (e.g. 'FAQs', 'Asset Guidelines', 'Server Details') - articles are grouped and filterable by category in the list view, making it easier for portal users to find what they need.
Control what clients can see
Every article has a 'Client-visible' toggle. Turn it off to keep an article internal-only (for your own team's reference), or leave it on so the client can see it in their portal. Only your team can create or edit articles; clients can browse and read whatever is marked client-visible from their own portal.
Embedding and managing editor images
You can upload and embed diagrams, screenshots, or visual assets directly inside the wiki editor. When hovering over or selecting an embedded image, an 'X' close button appears in the top right corner. You can click this badge or use keyboard navigation (press Enter or Space when focused on the remove button) to delete the image cleanly. Removing an image from the editor automatically cleans up the uploaded file from server storage so your library stays clutter-free.
