Managing agreements and digital client signatures

Require clients to sign onboarding agreements and service level terms directly inside their white-labelled portal.

1

Create agreement templates

Protect your agency's scope of work. Open 'Agreements' in the left sidebar (its own section, not nested under Settings) and build your contract template there. Add custom fields the client fills in (text, long text, dropdown, checkbox, date) and, optionally, upload supporting documents attached to the template itself. Set 'Require signature' on the template if it needs a signed name before it counts as complete.

2

Assign a template to a client

Templates aren't attached to clients automatically. Open the client's own 'Agreements' tab and assign one of your templates to them. It then shows up in that client's portal for them to fill in and, if required, sign - existing clients aren't affected until you assign something to them.

3

Signed record and PDF download

Once submitted, a completed agreement records the signatory's name, the IP address it was signed from, and the timestamp - shown alongside the contract text. Both you and the client can download a generated, branded PDF of the completed agreement at any time, including any documents attached to the template or uploaded by the client, with working links to each.
