Reusing service snippets on client invoices
Save your common services once as a snippet, then drop them into any invoice line item in one click instead of retyping the description, quantity, and price each time.

What a snippet actually stores
A snippet is a small template: a name, a product description, a default quantity, and a default unit price. It is not a live price list and nothing changes on past invoices if you edit a snippet later — each invoice line keeps whatever values it had when it was added.
Using a snippet on an invoice
Open a client's invoice and start a new line item. A snippet dropdown lets you pick one of your saved snippets, which fills in the description, quantity, and unit price for that line automatically. You can still edit any of those fields afterward for that one invoice without changing the saved snippet.
Managing your snippet library
Manage → Service Snippets lists everything you've saved. Add a new one with '+ New snippet', or edit/delete an existing one with the icons on its row. There's no limit tied to how many invoices use a snippet, and deleting a snippet does not remove it from invoices it was already used on.
