Managing your plan, usage limits, and per-client SLAs

Your Destiny Manage plan (Free/Starter/Growth/Scale) sets your agency-wide quotas; SLA response and resolution targets are set individually per client.

Your plan sets agency-wide quotas, not per-client tiers

There isn't a separate 'client care plan' tier you assign per client - quotas are set once, at the agency level, by whichever Destiny Manage plan you're subscribed to (Free, Starter, Growth, or Scale). Every client you manage shares the same pool: total managed clients, AI reports generated per month, pages scanned per month, and team seats.

Monitor usage against your plan

Open the Usage page from the sidebar to see, in real time, how many managed clients, AI reports, and scanned pages you've used this month against your plan's limit, plus your team seat count. It resets on your billing cycle date, shown on the same page.

SLA targets are set per client

Each client can have their own First Response and Resolution SLA targets (in hours), set under that client's own Settings tab, in the Account & Billing section, as 'SLA Targets' - not tied to a plan tier. The top-level SLA Dashboard in the sidebar shows response/resolution timers across every client at once.
