Configuring Slack notifications and uptime alerts

Connect your Slack workspace to receive real-time updates on site downtime, rollback incidents, and SLA warning breaches.

1

Authorize Slack connection

Keep your operations team informed in real-time. Open 'Integrations' under Manage in the sidebar, find the Slack card, and click 'Connect Slack'. You will be redirected to the secure Slack authorization screen. Choose your target workspace, authorize permission scopes to write messages, then set your default channel back on the Integrations page.

Map channels per project

Avoid cluttering a single channel with updates from every site. Each project can override the default channel in its own settings, so downtime alerts for a critical client can go to a dedicated channel while everything else uses your default.

What actually posts to Slack

Two things trigger a Slack message: a website audit/scan finishing (posted with the AI-written headline, overall score, and severity counts) and an uptime change - a site going down or coming back up. There's no Slack post tied to monthly reports; those are reviewed and sent to clients manually from each client's Reports tab.
